All customers will receive their Neopoints within a MAXIMUM of 24 hours of sending their Paypal payment! Transactions longer than 24 hours will receive the full amount of Neopoints they paid for, as well as receiving 100% of their money back for the transaction.
If paying be Paypal E-Cheque however, we will need to wait for the cheque to clear before sending out the Neopoints - just to guarantee safety for both buyer and seller.

Can I be refunded after I've bought my NP?

Will I get frozen for buying Neopoints?
