Here are our own T&C that all visitors must abide to when visiting or using the services of NeopointsNP.net:

You are not a member of The Neopets Team directly or indirectly, or working for a legal team, for Neopets Inc., and will not use false identities to engage in any buying activity through our site contact details.

You act honestly at all times when buying Neopoints, and do not make attempts to scam, or chargeback on any of your purchases.

All information you give us is correct: if you pay, and give us the incorrect username of your Neopets account with items in the shop for us to transfer the Neopoints to, this will only result in the NP not being able to be delivered.  

You make no attempts to hack our databases, or gain confidential information.

You are not part of a legal agency.

Refunds will only be given on an assessed account basis. If you have not followed our advised steps to buying neopoints, you may not qualify for a refund if you desire one.

Knowledge to All:

We are NOT Neopets Team Staff.

We do NOT use third party programmes such as cookie grabbers on ANY pages of our site.

We will at NO time attempt to hack or scam anybody, and will at no time require you to download or install any programme.

All graphics where made by the owners of this site, stealing is an offence.

If anyone is found to be breaching our rules, and making scam attempts they will be blocked from using our #1 service, and their name/email address will be circulated amongst other Neopoint selling sites, Neopets Help Sites, and other sites.
